Introducing 30-Year Honey Orchid - an aged wu long dancong tea that is sure to interest our most seasoned tea travelers. While aged puer is increasingly common in the West, aged wu long is a rare find. The aging process adds complexity and depth to the flavor, while periodic re-roasting generates mouthwatering notes of caramel and chocolate.

Our 30-Year Honey Orchid tea is made from the beloved Mi Lan Xiang varietal, harvested in 1992 from Kang Mei Village and supervised by the producer's family ever since. This extremely limited release offers a unique and unparalleled taste that can only come from the slow changes brought by clean environments and ample time.

To best appreciate the nuanced taste of this tea, we recommend brewing it gong fu style in clay teapots. With each infusion, you'll notice an evolution in flavor, as the floral, sweet, and bright Mi Lan Xiang notes become more prominent around the 4th and 5th infusions. This tea offers a journey for the senses that is not to be missed. As is the nature of this kind of product, it is a limited release that won't be around forever.
