Three New Teas From Taiwan

This summer, we traveled to Taiwan to conduct a series of interviews with farmers, sellers, local historians, and industry professionals. Naturally, we found some tea that we wanted to share.
Honey Bug is a colorful Dong Fang Mei Ren with thick, honey-like liquor. Since its release, this has quickly become one of our most popular tees. I love the tangy fruitiness that hangs out on the tongue.
Forest Fire is a roasted and toasted Pinglin Baozhong. Crafted by Mr. Huang from nearby fields, I appreciated the bold and complex flavors rising from its dark brown leaves.
Paper Heart is an additional Pinglin Baozhong crafted by Mr. Huang. With a supremely creamy mouthfeel and floral aromatics, it's the perfect tea for afternoon rests and relaxations.
