An 'Elevated' Experience

Among Clouds is a ball-shaped wulong cha grown in Nantou County. This tea is made with the Qing Xin Ruan Zhi cultivar — a favorite in Taiwan for making everything from Dong Ding to Baozhong.

Nantou County is a beautiful place, with winding roads and tea farms perched on high mountainsides. If you’ve had high mountain wulong from this region before, a winter harvest might surprise you. The cooler weather brings out a sweeter and drier flavor, one that I personally prefer to the Spring's harvest.

Compared to previous years, the 2024 has a subtler body that takes time to spill out, but the sweetness is more marked.
