Turned Red

Season by season, the producers primarily focus on low-oxidized, unfrosted high mountain wu long. However, they have been allowing a portion of their crop to fully oxidize into hong cha (black tea). The results are stunning — roses, woody, sweet, and savory. This one is a special find.
