My journey began in China, where I spent afternoons exploring tea houses and loose-leaf markets, developing a deep appreciation for the history, variety, and quality of Chinese tea. I traveled with friends to famous tea-producing regions throughout East Asia to learn from experts and sample local specialties.

The COVID-19 pandemic ended my stay in China, but my love for tea remained. However, finding authentic, high-quality tea in the West could be a serious challenge. That's why I founded Austin's. My mission is to bring the highest quality Camellia Sinensis to tea lovers (and beginners) in the United States.

Our team imports small batches of teas, free of additives, artificial flavors, and herbal blends, to deliver a truly authentic tea experience. We celebrate the creativity and passion of tea producers and invite you to join us in exploring the rich history, language, terrior, and culture that defines this ancient beverage.
